    $1000 Room Fee
    $1500 Food & Beverage Minimum

    Friday & Saturday:
    $1500 Room Fee
    $2000 Food & Beverage Minimum

    If the food and beverage minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be added to the final bill.

  • Private events are subject to:

    • 8.5% New Hampshire Meals Tax

    • 20% gratuity

    • 8% management fee

    Additional labor or kitchen fees may apply depending on the event format and menu selection.

  • Yes. A deposit equal to half of the room fee is required to secure your event date.

    If an event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the deposit is forfeited.

    The deposit is due when the contract is signed. Remaining charges are due the day of the event.
